OVERVIEW

Prior to occupation of a first floor office premises, mechanical services works were required to suit new layouts and increased occupancy levels. This involved both installation of new & modification of existing systems - a combination of VRF air conditioning systems and heat recovery ventilation units. We were also required to install a close control air conditioning system for a new comms room.

THE RESULT

Supply and installation of: • 1no VRF heat recovery system condenser; • 18no indoor fan coil units, with secondary ductwork and ceiling mounted air diffusers; • 13no Lossany heat recovery ventilation units and associated ductwork; • Centralised/ local controls; • Data centre close control air conditioning system & water leak detection; • Hot and cold water services/ above ground drainage to new breakout areas & shower area; • Ventilation to new shower area;Modification of the following existing systems to suit new layout: • 19no VRF system indoor fan coil units; • 13no Lossany heat recovery ventilation units;
