OVERVIEW

In this 2 floor Cat A office refit, following the strip-out of existing plant we installed air conditioning systems, providing heating and cooling, and fresh air ventilation. As part of the works we also installed hot & cold water services and above ground drainage.The photos include not only what the finished space looks like with services hidden from view, but also aspects of the installation process.

THE RESULT

• De-commission and strip-out of the existing mechanical services systems covering: air conditioning, ventilation, hot & cold water supply and above ground drainage.Supply and installation of: • 6no Daikin R410a VRV heat recovery systems complete with indoor fan coil units and all ancillary equipment. • Heat-Recovery Ventilation AHU’s complete with all ductwork. • New extract ventilation systems to the toilet areas. • New electric panel heaters serving the core circulation and toilet areas. • Hot & cold water services to the new toilet and shower areas, including unvented electric water heaters.
