We continually have trainee engineers attending local colleges completing courses in either:
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Plumbing & Heating
We support trainees through their training recognising that it is not only qualifications that matter – we develop trainees into full engineers moulding and helping trainees to achieve their full potential.
It requires commitment but is a fantastic opportunity to gain recognised qualifications, invaluable experience and begin a new career.
Once qualified it is the beginning. The majority of our employees are long serving and engineers are able to progress through the company to Management and potentially Director level.
