They took responsibility for some critical relationships in tense circumstances (given previous contractor failure) and ensured that each continued to deliver as required, removing potential ‘show stoppers’ and minimising cost impacts.

Programming & Delivery

Throughout the project, ACMS showed a pragmatic approach, appreciating the standards and timescales to which we aspired, raising appropriate challenge. At no time, did we doubt the programme they put forward and we were fully informed of key issues – time, cost, compliance etc.
