Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant
Required for AC Mechanical Services Ltd.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Entering invoices on to Sage 50 programme.
- Logging Applications
- Reconciling Supplier Statements/Invoices and Applications.
- Making payments to Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Dealing with Subcontractor CIS verification and monthly returns (training given).
- Answering calls and emails from suppliers and others.
- General Admin and other ad-hoc duties.
Person Spec
- Well organised, self-motivated and good communication.
- Sage 50 Competant.
- Microsoft Office Competent.
