Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant

Required for AC Mechanical Services Ltd.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Entering invoices on to Sage 50 programme.
  • Logging Applications
  • Reconciling Supplier Statements/Invoices and Applications.
  • Making payments to Suppliers and Subcontractors.
    • Dealing with Subcontractor CIS verification and monthly returns (training given).
  • Answering calls and emails from suppliers and others.
  • General Admin and other ad-hoc duties.

 

Person Spec 

  • Well organised, self-motivated and good communication.
  • Sage 50 Competant.
  • Microsoft Office Competent.
