OVERVIEW

We completed a number of AHU replacement projects across various locations. The AHU’s included ‘supply air only’ and ‘supply & extract air’. The photos show projects at various stages of completion including strip-out of the existing units and construction of the new units. As part of the works we also installed control panels & power supplies and updated the existing BMS systems.

THE RESULT

De-commissioning & strip-out of existing AHU’s; Supply and installation of replacement AHU’s (supply only/ supply & extract) including the following where applicable: - Strip-out of LTHW supplies & replacement with electric heater batteries; - Installation of CHW/ DX Cooling coils; - Heat recovery thermal wheel; - New AHU control panels & BMS updates; - New power supplies to the AHU’s;Due to access limitations, one AHU was completely refurbished including internal components & controls, specifically: heater battery/ cooling battery/ fan motors & pulleys/ control valve and actuators
