ACMS are currently working on the biggest project in the company’s history at the value of £3.5m.

The project is a Central London hotel development which started with the redevelopment of 2 floors for restaurants & bars, meeting and function spaces and gym/ swimming pool facilities.

The mechanical services installation covers the following systems:

• LTHW and CHW
• Ventilation
• Domestic HCW
• Fire Sprinkler
• Controls

We have now moved to the mechanical refurbishment of the hotel bedrooms which involves the following systems:

• LTHW and CHW
• Ventilation
• Domestic HCW

ACMS normally work on projects ranging in the value of £1k up to £2m and so are very pleased to have exceeded this by such a margin.

The project is being managed by our Contracts Director and run at a site level by an ACMS Field Supervisor (both photographed above). Many different trades are working on the project requiring careful co-ordination and management.
