Full Mechanical and Electrical Packages

Throughout our history we have worked with electrical contractors to deliver full mechanical and electrical packages with our project managers being vastly experienced in this.
You will still have us as your one point of contact but you have specialist knowledge and expertise in each area. There’s no dilution effect that may occur in a combined services company – a maximum specialist knowledge and experience will be offered in each of the disciplines, not just in the chosen discipline but in other areas such as Health and Safety.

Energy Efficiency Inspections

We recognise clients may also be required to carry out energy efficiency inspections according to the Energy Performance in Buildings Directive and we are able to offer this service.
The requirements cover heat pumps and of air-conditioning systems of an effective combined rated output of more than 12 kW in buildings.
The inspections must include an assessment of the air-conditioning efficiency and the sizing compared to the cooling requirements of the building.
The accredited expert inspecting the systems must provide appropriate advice to the users on the alternative solutions and the possible improvements or replacement of the air-conditioning system.
