Mechanical Project Manager

A C Mechanical Services Ltd are a HVAC Contractor located in Gloucestershire and Southampton, established for 50 years working nationally.

We specialise in air conditioning, plumbing and ventilation installations within the commercial sector.

Mechanical Project Manager

Working within the existing Contracts Department, and reporting to our Contracts Director your duties will include but not limited to the following.

• Taking ownership of secured projects from commencement to completion.
• Ordering of equipment with preferred manufactures
• Preparation of RAMS for works to be carried out
• Liaison with clients on the delivery of projects.
• Attending progress meetings
• Liaison and procurement with approved sub contractors.
• Complete financial control of projects

Whilst HVCA knowledge would be an advantage, its not essential.
