OVERVIEW

152 Harley Street is a day hospital equipped with theatres, treatment rooms and consulting rooms.As part of full refurbishment of the 3rd and 4th floors we designed and installed air conditioning (providing heating and cooling), ventilation and various plumbing works to suit the new layouts.

THE RESULT

This included: • VRF air conditioning system including secondary ductwork and grilles • General supply and extract ventilation including AHU and ductwork • Water services and drainage • Dental compressed air and suction system to treatment rooms • Cold water supplies with hydromag filtration system • WC extract ventilation • Enhancement of lightwell ventilation
