THE RESULT
Strip out of existing mechanical services and installation of:• 10no VRF heat recovery systems & 10 no split heat pump systems • 5no AHU’s and associated ductwork/ grilles (providing supply and extract ventilation) • New natural gas supply (including automatic gas detection system) to serve boilers • 2no LTHW condensing boilers and distribution system (serving heating/ ventilation and domestic HW calorifier) • Central BMS controls • New central HWS system (domestic HW calorifier) and distribution to hand basins, sinks and showers • Cold water services to suit new layouts • Water heaters to kitchenettes • Showers and sanitaryware for toilet areas • Foul pump and associated controls serving foul pipework system • Above ground drainage for sanitary appliances, showers, drinking water points and condensate drainage
