OVERVIEW

Working at the Novotel Excel Hotel, located in the Royal Victoria Docks London, we installed mechanical services for a ground floor category A fit out.This included air conditioning providing heating and cooling, fresh air ventilation & extraction and hot & cold water services.We also installed acoustic insulation to an existing car park extract system to provide an acoustic solution to the noise breakout associated with the plant.

THE RESULT

- 2no VRF air conditioning systems including 5no outdoor condensing units and 21 no indoor fan coil units; - Central zone controllers and local controls; - 2no heat recovery air handling units with associated ductwork/ grilles & louvres; - Extract fan with associated ductwork and grilles ; - Hot and cold water services including water heater to the toilet areas; - Sanitary ware, cisterns and taps to new toilet areas; - Acoustic insulation to existing car park extract ductwork & associated louvre plenum boxes;
