OVERVIEW

We recently undertook a project located in Central London in the only surviving part of the Doulton Pottery complex close to the banks of the River Thames.Southbank House was originally Royal Doultons main office, housing both studios and factory before being redeveloped for office use.It has recently been refurbished into modern stylish office space.We completed the mechanical services element of the refurbishment which included:Air conditioning, ventilation, HWS & CWS and above ground drainage

THE RESULT

Supply and installation of: • VRF and split air conditioning systems • Extract ventilation for kitchen, toilets and tea points • Fresh air supply to kitchen • New fire rated ductwork and fan for kitchen extract system • AHU’s supplying rooftop kitchen and café/ bar • Instant HW heaters serving toilets and tea points and kitchens and associated MCW supplies • BCWS to tea points • Hot water storage vessels • Sound attenuation for toilet and shower areas • Sanitaryware for toilets
