OVERVIEW

Under the iconic chimneys of Battersea Power Station, we undertook an installation at the prestigious Paul Edmonds Hair Studio located in the Circus West Village. As part of a total refurbishment, we undertook the mechanical services installation which included provision of heating, cooling and ventilation.

THE RESULT

Utilising a landlord MCW, CHW & LTHW supply we installed: • New mechanical ventilation heat recovery unit and associated ductwork providing fresh air supply and extract ventilation • New 4 pipe fan coil unit system providing heating and cooling • Dedicated twin extract fan unit • Controls • Indirect hot water cylinder & in-line electric heaters supplementing the landlord supply • Associated LTHW, CHW, potable MCW and above ground drainage pipework
