THE RESULT

Works included:• Heating and cooling VRV heat recovery system to office areas • Replacement of stand-alone AHU’s and heat recovery units with a central AHU and ducted supply and extract system for fresh air ventilation in occupied areas • Individual, stand-alone cooling units to business critical rooms such as server rooms and comms rooms • Replacement of boiler, associated plant, pumps and motorised valves • Modification of gas pipework, flue and LTHW pipework to suit new installation • Replacement of perimeter radiant ceiling panels with floor perimeter radiators • Upgrading of BMS system to suit new installation
