OVERVIEW

This project involved installation of mechanical services in relation to an office modification taking place on the University of Essex campus. The works included modification of the existing and provision of new mechanical services which included: • Primary heating distribution; • Ventilation supply/ extract; • Local cooling systems; • Controls/ monitoring;

THE RESULT

Supply and installation of: • Daikin VRV heat recovery system; • Intelligent touch controller panel; • New fresh air supply and extract heat reclaim unit and associated ductwork;• Replacement of LTHW finned tube heating elements and associated pipework; • Modification to BMS controls;
