OVERVIEW

We are currently working on a refurbishment project at the ‘Westminster London Curio Collection Hotel by Hilton’. The Curio Collection are a ‘global collection of distinctive four and five star hotels’.Our works involve the design, supply and installation of air conditioning & ventilation services as part of the remodelling of 463 rooms in the hotel, as well as domestic H&C water supplies and above ground drainage in the bathrooms.The works are being completed in phases whilst the hotel remains open and so strict adherence to programme and deadlines is required.

THE RESULT

• Supply and installation of new 2-pipe Ability fan coil, with electric heater, including modifications to the CHW distribution system to suit using pre-insulated pipework. • Supply and installation of Schneider touch screen controller with BMS compatibility for future networking if required. • Supply and installation of new secondary ductwork system, including linear bar grilles and modifications to primary system. • UPVC Condensate removal system. • Supply and installation of new toilet, and shower extract ventilation system. • Domestic H&C water supplies and above ground drainage to bathrooms.
